I spent a looong time on Cisco's Support website looking for firmware for the WRT54GH. When I click on the download tab - NO firmware or manuals are listed! The Problem: My router seems to not be broadcasting my SSID. I have re-booted it and still no joy. I've done a Factory Reset and manually re-entered all my settings - still no joy. So I guess the next logical step is to re-flash the firmware - but I can't find any!
When I try to log-in to 'Live Chat' no 'country list' is shown in the drop-down box - it's totally blank. The same goes for the field after (I forgot what its called) - just a blank drop-down box. I already downloaded that very firmware and flashed it but the wireless is still not broadcasting its SSID. I also tried disabling and re-enabling the wireless from the router's interface. Nothings works.
I guess the wireless part of the router conked out since the ethernet LAN ports still work. I think I've troubleshooted it as much as I can. (Being out of practice, old age and alzhiemers must be catching up on me).
